Happy October to you! I hope you are enjoying a mindful and rejuvenating day.
 
There will be so many new beginnings happening in your life because you’re shifting into a new state of mind and being all the time. Allow yourself to vibrate, to evolve, to let go, and to rise up from your past. You’re only getting better.
 
As we evolve and grow, we naturally shift into higher vibrations. This vibrational shift is the catalyst for the new beginnings and positive changes we experience in our lives.
 
So today, and everyday take some time to tune into your own vibrational state, to set a positive tone for the month ahead, to reflect on the new beginnings you’re experiencing or want to create in your life.

I invite you to this unique place Methana,with its volcanic energy and it’s healing therapeutic waters, for a weekend retreat of yoga, meditation, hiking to the volcano, bathing in the thermal springs, relaxing and whatever else your soul needs.

Accommodation
We will be staying in a beautiful neoclassical hotel right on the sea.

The retreat will include
- 4 yoga classes
- Breakfast / Brunch
- Hiking with walking meditation to the volcano
- bathing in natural hot springs

There are many new faces in this community, so I think it’s time to reintroduce myself. 🌿

In 1998, I stepped on a yoga mat for the very first time. I had no idea then that yoga would grow into such a central part of my life. That first year of Satyananda yoga opened a door for me — one that I never closed again. ✨

Yoga transformed my body, calmed my mind, and shifted the way I live. Over time, I felt called to share this gift with others — and that’s how σωμαyoga was born. 🙏
