📞 2110012465 I offer both personal training and Workout barre classes, for groups as well as individuals. My lessons are a great way for you to learn some of the basic techniques of Workout barre as well as fitness training. Personal training:

Free weights

Both Lessons are designed by me personally. They help increase your strength and endurance, resulting in a lean fit body. If there is something specific you would like to learn, or achieve, your best option is to contact me personally and we can discuss what it is your after. I have been training for many years, and I am confident that i can get any body type into shape

Barre Fitness
This workout, relies solely on your own bodyweight for resistance, the movements will challenge and strengthen your bodies balance as well as your bodies stability. When you enter the studio you will find that it is usually a larger space, as well as barres attached to the walls. The Barre Fitness uses dumbbells between one and six kilos. Everyone will have there own mat as well as weights up to two kilos around there ankles. (This is done to strengthen the legs and abs). The class is one hour long, thirty minutes of strength training, and thirty minutes targeting cardio. And the final part of the class will finish with a ten minute full body stretching and relaxing exercise. This is done to circulate the blood flow throughout your entire body and allow more oxygen to flow to your head.

My Barre Fitness classes are a well-designed set of exercises aimed at achieving good levels of fitness, health, and personal growth. These specialized courses are inspired by my professional experiences. Students will have the chance to come in contact with practices I use from ballet dancing, as well as a variety of fitness and cardio exercises, that I adjust for every individual. I personally work with every student toward achieving his/her goals.
