Sound Healing is a practice of presence.
We live in constant tension:
the body tightens, the breath becomes shallow, the mind won’t stop running.
During the sessions, we create a space where all of this can finally let go.
Through breathing techniques, gentle somatic movements, and the sound of crystal bowls,
the body gradually relaxes.
Sound waves affect the nervous system, helping it move from a state of stress to a state of calm.
It’s a natural process — the body knows how to restore itself when given the chance.
Each participant follows their own path.
Some feel lightness and warmth, others — a quiet inner shift.
Sometimes, it’s simply sleep — and that too is part of healing.
In this space, there are no expectations, no “should be.”
Only breath, sound, and you.
