In awe of the magic we created during our yoga retreat…

Mornings began with sunrise flows—bodies moving, breath syncing, minds connecting. Pure presence

Afternoons filled with swimming, beach walks, and quiet moments of stillness

Evenings brought delicious shared meals, plenty of laughter and long soulful chats

But the real magic? The connections. The friendships. The way we showed up for each other—open-hearted, real and truly inspiring

“Transformative” doesn’t even begin to describe it. We shared a journey—physically, emotionally, spiritually. One that will stay with us always.

So much gratitude for this incredible group for creating something so powerful, so beautiful…

Directing your exhalation into widening and broadening your back body can yield a deeper awareness and fine tune your experience. Focusing your attention in this way can really help you unwind & feel refreshed.

Standing poses are a great base to be able to add shoulder and arm movements on top of, adding both variety and also giving an opportunity to prep those particular areas for poses to come. ​​​​​​​​
