I offer a multifaceted approach to weight management which I have developed using all the knowledge I have acquired from learning Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy based Techniques, Mindfulness and Intuitive Eating. My objective is to free my clients from the diet mentality and to guide them through a path towards a sustainable weight and a healthy behavior around nutrition.
