To our valued patients and colleagues,

After nearly 25 years of providing medical care in endocrinology and metabolism, I am closing my practice as I transition towards retirement. Health Partners, LLC’s clinic will close after September 20, 2025, and I will no longer be available to take outpatient referrals after that date.

I am currently exploring various options to resume seeing my patients for part of the year beginning in 2026, and I will make the announcement once plans are finalized.

To our valued patients, thank you for entrusting me and our team with your care throughout all these years. You have made the past 25 years a joy!

To our colleagues, I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to have partnered with you in the care of our shared patients. Thank you for entrusting our team with your patients’ endocrine care for nearly a quarter of a century.

CBS News is tracking a outbreak of measles in West Texas that has led to the deaths of two children, and a growing number of cases around the country.
