筆者馬革思，熱愛音樂、寫作和心理學。
經歷喪妻之痛，更因此患上抑鬱及失眠。
最低谷時想過死，甚至想過殺人！
他感恩能夠從一念之間走出來，希望通過寫作祝福更多人。

正在修讀「死亡學」碩士，筆者發現原來除了肉身的死亡我們需要哀悼之外，其實我們人生中所有大大小小的「失去」，也需要好好的哀悼！ 可是，我們大部份人都沒有這種意識… 以致哀傷不斷被壓抑和累積，直到有一天爆發，變成了情緒病。

筆者相信只要「哀傷」成為一種「通識」，大家都能夠成為哀傷「大師」，我們便可以擁有情緒病的「抗體」，讓哀傷都變成呼吸般自然！
