o Block certain activities of carcinogens
o Activate the immune system
o Prevent DNA damage and enhance DNA repair
o Slow down the growth rate of cancer cells
o Reduce inflammation
o Reduce oxidative damage
o Help regulate hormone secretion
The following are the nutrients that are worth paying attention to in the cactus, as well as some research done.

Betanin of Cactus
Key point: Betanins, such as betain and prickly pear cactus xanthin, help prevent oxidative damage and show stronger antioxidant properties than ascorbic acid.
