【做好面部保暖，「鼻」免受刺激！】

唔少人一到冬天個鼻就發功，一時鼻水流唔停，一時鼻塞到唞唔到氣🤧！究竟點解每逢冬天，一出街個鼻就咁難受？

原來呢種症狀叫做「冷空氣敏感」，起因係當鼻黏膜受到突然嘅溫差刺激，例如係朝早出門嘅第一口「涼氣」🌬️，會引發黏膜血管收縮同擴張，同時出現流鼻水或鼻塞嘅過敏症狀👃🏻！

不過雖然「冷空氣敏感」有「敏感」兩個字，其實本質上同致敏源引起嘅鼻敏感完全唔同，只要溫差減少，症狀自然會消失！唔想冬天「鼻」受痛楚？咁就要記得出門前做好保暖♨️，尤其是面部，除咗戴冷帽同頸巾🧣，戴埋口罩就更加有助減低冷空氣對鼻腔嘅刺激喇！
