If I wanted to feel stronger, lighter and more confident by SPRING

I wouldn’t cut carbs.
I wouldn’t skip meals.
And I definitely wouldn’t punish myself with cardio.

Because:
❌ Restriction backfires.
❌ “Being good” all week leads to weekend overeating.
❌ Starving slows metabolism and hinders progress.

If I had just a few weeks to make real progress, I’d do this:
✅ Protein at every meal - 30 to 40g. More stable energy, fewer cravings, better fat loss.
✅ Strength training 3-4 times a week to change your shape.
✅ Daily steps - 7 to 10k. Not glamorous, but genuinely life-changing.
✅ Balanced meals - complex carbs, protein, fats and fibre. No food guilt.
✅ Consistency > intensity - small daily habits surpass extreme plans.

It’s about smarter daily choices, not perfection.
