Back at NSEW Sprout 🌱— a long-time fave that’s had a fresh rebrand. Haven’t been here in a long time and was pleasantly surprised with their new offerings.
We tucked into their vegan tan tan noodle and WOW — creamy, nutty, spicy, and so satisfying with all the toppings piled high. Comfort in a bowl, minus the guilt. The Rendang with sourdough bread was rich, fragrant and deeply flavourful — that sauce deserves to be mopped up to the very last bite.
And can we talk about the drinks? 🍵 The berries matcha was refreshing with just the right hint of sweetness, and the absolute star of the table — the cutest coconut latte served in the most adorable little piggy pot. Almost too cute to pour… almost.
Love seeing a brand evolve and still stay true to its roots. If you’re looking for hearty, feel-good vegan food that doesn’t compromise on flavour, this is your sign. 💚
