Truly grateful and humbled by this honour💛

Huge thanks to everyone who’s shared the Sunday early mornings and long runs this year🏃🏻

Couldn’t be prouder from smashing PBs across 5K to half marathon, to the dream debut at Sydney Marathon. But none of it would’ve happened without the amazing crew by my side🙌

Running is so much more than numbers and times. Always grateful to be part of the OPRC family. 💛👟

It was also my first major race since moving to Australia. More than a test of fitness after four months of training with , it was like a checkpoint in a much bigger journey. Balancing running with the start of a new life has not always been easy but consistency is always the key🔑

Over time, running means more than just a matter of time. There’s always something more on the inside. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion of yourself🥇

I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing people I’ve met, and the warmth of this new chapter.


Throwback to six months ago, when we decided to make the move and signed up for this race. Time flew, and running through the iconic harbour landmarks of Sydney reminded me to keep pushing forward—but also to enjoy the ride🎢

And as always, you’ll never run alone.🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

個人感受方面,迎接在澳洲生活的首個大型賽事,既期待,又興奮。

一方面想見證一下四個月來新訓練模式的成果,準備接下來的悉尼馬。這段時間最重要的課題反而不是訓練些什麼,反正我常常懷疑是否練得太輕鬆,更重要的是如何讓跑步融合新生活,持續訓練,自然可以提升體能及狀態。

另一方面,跑步不止追求個人進步,早就成了一種重要的精神寄托。開始時捱一些苦,回頭再看,也許就沒什麼大不了。在彼邦揭開生活新篇章,最感恩以跑會友讓我們遇上很多好人好事。

一路穿梭在悉尼的城市與海濱之間,不禁想起在舊居毅然決定報名的一刻,一轉眼經已半載。提醒自己,咬緊牙關抵勵前行之餘,也不忘欣賞沿途風光。而在這條賽道上,你永遠也不是孤身一人。

(可惜太貪心,完賽後想喺最後3K位置打氣支持,點知 跑得太快,結果錯過最後衝線🥶)

First local race in Sydney – and the first one We’ve had to drive to get to!

Tough day out along the Parramatta River with wind and rain adding to the challenge. Started off aiming for a 3:30/km pace, but things started to come apart shortly after halfway. Pushed through the second half with one of the strangest waves of exhaustion I’ve ever felt. Still, glad to have held an even split and made it to the finish. Solid experience and We go again!

成就解鎖,第一次揸車去比賽。新手上路的確係緊張過跑比賽。今次參加嘅係一個地區嘅小型10k比賽,路線相對平坦,沿着Parramatta river河畔折返來回(可想像為城門河10k)。不過比賽當日橫風橫雨,增添不少挑戰。一起步就按訓練計劃的進度,以目標配速3:30/km前進。

起步後擠身前列位置,只見一位身穿一般健身裝束,手持電話的選手早早衝刺向前領放。每當我調整步速打算趕上之際,他就會加速跑向前衝刺。如是者一路目送他變速跑的背影直到終點,果然高手在民間。

整場比賽的體感異常辛苦,賽道中少量嘅起伏路段已經足以致命。腦海有閃過放棄的念頭。不過除了受傷,完成比賽是參賽的最基本要求。最後完成的時間一般,不過挺意外能夠跑出平均的配速,繼續努力!
