【東張西望】新一代藥油 氣味清新不刺鼻
舟車暈浪、蚊叮蟲咬、傷風鼻塞、肌肉酸痛......通常大家遇上以上情況時，都會選擇搽藥油緩解症狀。
但係傳統藥油大都有刺鼻嘅氣味，因此喺年輕一輩中普遍唔受歡迎，即使能接受氣味，亦都會因為顧忌其他人嘅感受而唔敢使用。
不過最近市面上出現咗一種唔單只唔刺鼻，而且氣味清新，同香薰近似嘅藥油，到底裡面有啲乜嘢成分？專家表示，薄荷具有清涼及提神作用；而生薑則能暖胃、溫中止嘔以及驅散風寒，同時兩種藥材都有辛散作用，有助舒緩頭部不適。而樟樹油則具有消炎及抗菌功效，有助舒緩肌肉酸痛，結合薄荷以及生薑後更有助發揮功效。
專家亦都提醒，上述藥物都有辛散作用，氣虛人士以及孕婦使用前應諮詢專業人士意見。
