You don't need to get out of bed at 4am, cross legs and sit still to meditate.
Meditation can be easily incorporated in a real world. Say, standing in a MTR on your way to work.
Simply slow down your breath, your option to close the eyes. Letting the sounds around you pass through your ears and mind, come & go.
Last but not least, thank you for yourself living in this moment, no matter just only for 1 minute or even 30 seconds.
