Balancd™ Baduanjin Qigong begins next week in Central!
Join us on Saturday mornings at 9:30am at Central Pier 10 for a focused, breath-led practice rooted in over 800 years of tradition 🌤️
Baduanjin is a medicinal form of Qigong made up of eight low-impact movements, each designed to benefit a specific part of the body. Through coordinated breathing, stretching and muscle engagement, the series supports mobility, circulation and overall balance.
You may follow the full sequence as a course, or join individual sessions as stand-alone classes.
All sessions are beginner-friendly, low-impact and conducted bilingually.
