The programme includes standalone Tai Chi and Shaolin Basic Training classes. 🥋 The Tai Chi sequence is rooted in Northern Shaolin Koo's style, where each energized movement embodies both attack and defense intentions, emphasizing the interplay of Yin and Yang for maximum physical benefits and mind-body balance. ⚡☯️ Shaolin Basic Training incorporates functional exercises from traditional Shaolin practice, specifically designed to enhance balance, flexibility, lower body strength, and cardiovascular health while boosting metabolism and promoting balanced body composition. 💪🔥
