We sometimes are easy to reliant so much on the convenience around us, and become impatience, materialism, and selfish perspective.

MH practice is one of modalities to keep our mind from duality to above the need for duality . It also teaches us that opposites are not separate but are deeply connected.

Since ever I have started my spiritual journey , my LIFE was REBIRTH, CHANGEABLE, TRANSFORMATIONAL.

Many people have been suffering so many things in their lives, because they lack of Love, Wisdom and Power.

Love ❤️ knowing how to self-love and unconditional love

Wisdom ✡️ ：Discernment what is from Divine Plan or ego

Power 💪: Will Power from Divine
