Cheryl has been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2017, working with studios, corporates, schools, NGOs, and private clients in Hong Kong and Vietnam, including Pure Yoga Hong Kong.
She first came to yoga seeking relief from scoliosis-related back pain and fatigue. In one early class, the simple act of focusing on her hand during a pose brought a rare sense of presence, calm, and clarity that deeply moved her. With each practice, Cheryl became more attuned to her body and mind, noticing growth in strength, flexibility, and self-understanding.
Certified in 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and 300-hour Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga facilitation, she guides classes that are inclusive, accessible, and focused on helping students being mindful, leaving students feeling refreshed, relaxed, and energized.
