Ultrasound guided hydrodissections of nerves is one of the most common techniques to treat neuropathic pain. It is also Dr Lam's daily routine to treat pain due to sports injuries, degenerations and chronic pain using this technique. The following review article summarize its Rationale, Methods, Current Literature, and Theoretical Mechanisms. It contains a lot of well-labeled illustrations. The videos also gave good examples on how to approach the nerves from the short axis or long axis.

Aug 4, 2020, Dr Lam and his team has successful published the following manuscript in the Journal of Pain Research.

It covers the techniques, indications, and current literature supports of Ultrasound guided nerves hydrodissection. A technique Dr Lam has been teaching around the world.

Dr Lam wants to thank Prof Thomas Clark for teaching this technique to him.

A very good article and a project for many years finally published! Thank you Prof Dean Reeves for leading this great project! And Dr Louw for his hard work to finish this RCT!! 2017, May 21, when people are having a lot of fun running the yearly "Bay to Breakers Run", this group of Drs are working hard in the USCF + SF General Hospital Surgical Training Facility for fresh cadaver dissection to keep polishing anatomy knowledge: Validation of QL Block, Groin to Knee Peripheral Nerves, Neck to shoulder to upper arm and chest anatomy.
