Ultrasound guided hydrodissections of nerves is one of the most common techniques to treat neuropathic pain. It is also Dr Lam's daily routine to treat pain due to sports injuries, degenerations and chronic pain using this technique. The following review article summarize its Rationale, Methods, Current Literature, and Theoretical Mechanisms. It contains a lot of well-labeled illustrations. It covers the techniques, indications, and current literature supports of Ultrasound guided nerves hydrodissection. A technique Dr Lam has been teaching around the world.
