Introduction to Movement Workshop - 2nd June 2024. UK, GMT 10am / HK, GMT+7 5pm
Always wondered what Movement is? The session will introduce some foundation concepts to Movement and I will share techniques and drills specifically focused on Knees, Hips and Ankles.
Our mission is always to focus on veering away from the stereotype of “what something should be” So if you, like me, have always avoided yoga because you’re inflexible, or avoided the gym because you’re self conscious… maybe let this be a sign for you to delve into the rabbit hole.
