Next time you feel overwhelmed, stressed, or frazzled, find a tree somewhere outside and lean your back against its big trunk.

Sit there with your spine connected to the tree trunk for 10-15 minutes, and observe any changes in the way you feel.

You may be greatly surprised to discover the calming effect of tree-leaning.

This beginners' class is designed to help you tap into the power of your breath and explore the transformative potential of conscious breathing.

During this in-person event, you'll learn simple yet effective breathing techniques that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Discover the profound benefits of breathwork as you release tension, increase energy levels, and cultivate a greater sense of clarity and presence.

Whether you're new to breathwork or seeking to deepen your practice, this class offers a supportive environment for all levels.

The classes are designed for a small group setting for up to a maximum of 6 people per session. Spaces are limited

What is Beginners Breathwork Class?
In these session you will learn

We just experienced a Super Typhoon Saola , Signal 10 which is considered the highest tropical cyclone 🌀 in Hong Kong 🇭🇰

These photos were taken during my walk in the neighbourhood post typhoon.

It was disheartening scene but I also received wisdom today , as I am reminded of how resilient nature and trees are - some bent, blown, fallen , uproot, and many that endured

I was constantly questioning and asking “What is wrong with me?”


In 2017, I discovered a big part of myself that was hidden for years . The discovery was an awakening to my authentic self

I learned that I am Highly Sensitive and a neurodivergent individual. It’s not a disorder but a trait I was gifted with

This just meant my nervous system worked differently and requires extra care
