你，值得更好💖」

我自細腸胃好差，濕疹、便秘、經常小病，食嘢完全唔吸收，一直過瘦
去到入U讀教育，因為壓力導致荷爾蒙失調，皮膚差到唔敢見人
成日俾人問「你額頭爆哂瘡，搞咩啊？」
明明一直皮膚幾好，突然滿額暗瘡痘印，影相都唔敢望鏡頭
我開始逃避社交，唔敢直視其他人，因為我驚人哋望住我額頭，覺得我「唔健康」「額頭好核突」🥲
日日好怕見到鏡入面嘅自己，
我同自己講：「慢慢會好架啦，冇人望我嘅……」
但其實，我心底好討厭咁樣嘅自己，好想改變，但唔知點開始…

直到有一日，我發現自己連最基本嘅自信都冇晒，唔想再打扮自己…
我知道🥹我唔可以再咁落去！
我開始搵方法調理暗瘡皮膚，試過無數護膚品，甚至睇中醫、戒口、試偏方，但效果都係一時好一時壞
行咗好多冤枉路，直到我遇到Herbalife
佢哋嘅草本營養，真正幫我由內開始調整返身體狀態🥹
半年時間，我嘅皮膚開始變返平滑，出少咗暗瘡，
腸道健康大大改善，體質慢慢變得強壯，
體重都係一年後增重到健康水平，連心情都變得穩定🥰

我唔再怕俾人影相，唔再因為皮膚問題而避開社交，更唔會再同自己講「等好返先化妝、等皮膚靚啲先打扮」
因為我值得，依家就活出最好嘅自己❣️
過程唔易，有好多質疑: 「洗唔洗咁緊張啊？」
聽得最多嘅係: 「你咁瘦仲減肥？」
但我知道，改變係為咗自己，唔係為咗符合人哋嘅標準✊🏻

如果你都同曾經嘅我一樣，因為荷爾蒙問題、皮膚差、過瘦而冇自信……
請記住，真正嘅轉變，就係由你決定「我唔想再咁落去」嘅一刻開始！
