It started in one woman's kitchen. Now, Nurse Peggy's dream has grown into a 4,500-sq-ft clinic on Roatan, one of the Bay Islands of Honduras.

Clinica Esperanza has become the primary medical provider for hundreds of island families and tourists. Clinica Esperanza provides low-cost/no-cost medical care to the people of Roatan. Patients can receive services from our walk-in medical clinic, women’s health center, pediatric, adult, and dental clinics with support from our laboratory and pharmacy.
