Nit u pripremama a niti van priprema😄

Cilj je napredovati a održati solidnu formu, koju moram priznati, radim najlakse do sada. Ali svake prethodne pripreme su vodile do ove faze. Hrana je raznolika, veći unos hidrata, manje cardia. To upravo pokazuje ono što godinama tvrdim, bitno je biti uporan i dosljedan.
Genetika znači puno ali disciplina još i više. Disciplina daje nagradu koju genetika ne može i isplaćuje se još dugo vremena nakon.
Isto tako moram naglasiti da mi godi rad s od kojeg stalno nešto novo učim, koji me gura svaki trening, motivira. Profesionalac u svakom smislu te riječi. Tek kada naidemo na takvu osobu vidimo koliko nečije sposobnosti i kompetencije znače za konkretni napredak.

Ono što mene stalno motivira je činjenica da još imam mnogo toga za "popraviti" i nadam se da ce tako ostati još dugo vremena jer je najveći neprijatelj napretka stagnacija i "održavanje". Uvijek ima mjesta za napredovanje i učenje novih stvari!

Great things in life come from overcoming hard times. They will last and they will test you but never fall for it.
Build yourself back up and start working.

It all depends on how much you want it 👆
