SunDay Yoga in Split

SunDay Yoga in Split Asanas (postures) / pranayama (breath control) / meditation / relaxation I’ve been practicing, studying, and teaching yoga for many years.

Iyengar tradition was the first one to introduce props (blocks, belts, blankets, etc.) and thus finally made yoga available to all of us, regardless of our health issues or age. It was a love at first practice. Although I got certified by the Kripalu School of Yoga (Massachusetts, USA), my classes are primarily based on the Iyengar tradition, but also on the principles and knowledge of other yoga traditions as well. I'm grateful for the opportunity to train with some of the greatest teachers in the world (the late Mary Dunn, Donna Farhi, Rodney Yee, Judith Hanson Lasater, and Paul Grilley, to name just a few).

Unfortunately, there will be no classes until further notice. I'm taking a break as a teacher in order to take care of some projects.
I hope you'll continue with your daily practice. Trust me, it will pay off 😊
Peace 'n' love 💕

"When a cat falls out of a tree, it lets go of itself. The cat becomes completely relaxed, and lands lightly on the ground. But if a cat were about to fall out of a tree and suddenly make up its mind that it didn’t want to fall, it would become tense and rigid, and would be just a bag of broken bones upon landing.
In the same way, it is the philosophy of the Tao that we are all falling off a tree, at every moment of our lives. As a matter of fact, the moment we were born, we were kicked off a precipice, and we are falling, and there is nothing that can stop it.
So instead of living in a state of chronic tension, and clinging to all sorts of things that are actually falling with us because the whole world is impermanent, be like a cat."
~ Alan Watts
