Zanimljivi i kreativni treninzi svaki utorak i petak od 20.15h.
Kombinacija plesa, pilatesa, baleta, borilačkih vještina, joge, capoeire i mnogih drugih vještina koje sam učila godinama na svojim školovanjima i putovanjima diljem svijeta. Sve u svrhu optimizacije pokreta, kvalitete i dostizanja punog potencijala pri svakom satu.
Trening koji će vas izmoriti da osjećate mišiće i osvježiti u isto vrijeme. Ako želite smršaviti bez ozljeda, osjećati se snažnije, pokretnije i lakše, ovo je trening za vas. Trajanje 45min.
Rezultati već nakon prvog treninga.

Motherhood changed everything. Changed the way I think, I look and especially changed my yoga practice. Although there were times I wanted to give up on everthing, now I often find myself in the state of peace and serenity. When I look at my life it seems that I have loved and lived more than I could have imagine. I am so grateful for every day with my two little girls and the woman I became.
