PROCEDURE ROAD TANKER TO VESSEL.

1. Buyer to issue "Purchase Order"(PO) then submit with the buyer shipping agent contact and Q88 for product lifting.
2. Seller will issue "Commercial Invoice" (CI) then buyer signs, stamp and return to the seller.
3. Upon receiving the "Commercial Invoice" (CI) that have been signed and stamped by the buyer:-
a. Seller will prepare port clearance and berthing application for the buyer's vessel.
b. Seller will provide buyer's vessel shipping agent berthing approval at port Klang.
4. After the buyer vessel successfully berthed at Port Klang, simultaneously seller Road tanker will standby at the injection location to be inspected by the buyer appointed surveyor.
5. Upon satisfactory results by byer appointed surveyor:-
a. Buyer remit payment of 50% of road tanker cargo value.
b. Upon payment confirmation, seller will discharge the inspected road tanker cargo to the buyer vessel.
c. Upon final discharge of the seller Road tanker to buyer vessel, the buyer remits another 50% payment to the seller as per flow meter quantity.
6. This Item (5) process will continuously be repeated.

- 100,000 MT (tons) of EN590 diesel or gasoline [monthly, x 12 months]
- 1 million BBL (barrels) of Jet A1 or Crude [per month, x 12 months]
- 1 LPG or LNG vessel [per month, x 12 months].

We can negotiate the best prices with refineries for contracts with sizes ranging from 5 times the above-mentioned Minimum Contracts.

Contracts are most often concluded on the following terms:

- FOB Rotterdam or "any port" (another port in the world)
- TTT (Tank-To-Tank)
- D&P (Dip & Pay)
- The Seller issues a 2 Performance Bond (guarantee for proper performance of the contract)
- Payment guarantee: Revolving letter of credit, worth min. 1 month supply
- Payment: after the positive result of the SGS examination of the Buyer at the port of destination, before transfer of fuel from the Seller's vessel to the tank farm or to the Buyer's vessel.

The above structure of the Contract guarantees the Buyer 100 security of the transaction. Any prepayments, advance payments, partial payments, holds, etc. are eliminated. The funds are released only after a positive result of the Fuel test at the port of destination.

We provide professional, comprehensive organizational and legal services for each contract, regardless of its size.

- Fuel can be delivered directly from the Refinery to almost any port in the world!
- Each delivery has a set of documents required by law - including those confirming the origin of the NSC "Non-Sanctioned Country" (from countries not covered by sanctions, including Russia)
- only the amount of the discount is negotiable, while the purchase procedure is not subject to any negotiations or modifications ("non-negotiable").

The Buyer must meet 2 technical conditions - without which the Contract will not be launched:

- Ability to open in a Bank from the Top 50 Banks in the World list and maintain (for the entire duration of the Contract + 1 day) a revolving (renewable) SBLC Letter of Credit with a minimum value of 1-month deliveries in accordance with the Contract

- positive completion of the verification procedure regarding the lack of links with the financing of international terrorism and the lack of personal or capital connections with Russia (currently, most banks currently use it as part of the KYC procedure anyway).

For Strategic Contracts - from 50 times the Minimum Contract and above - there are also additional, rigorous procedures with which the potential Buyer will be familiarized in detail immediately after completing the application verification stage. Due to the necessary value of the Letter of Credit, these are sporadic situations and concern only the largest market players.
