A State of Art Zen Garden Dobogókő egy szabadtéri Tai Chi és Ayurvédikus egészségmegőrzési oktatóközpont. Esős, vagy téli időszakban vendégeink rendelkezésére áll fedett oktatóhelységünk is, azonban mivel természet centrikus filozófiát követünk, általánosságban az oktatás a Zen Kertben történik. Az oktatásokat Ayurvéda mesterünk tartja, és a legújabb Free Spirit Movements (FSM) mozgásstílus gyakorlatokat bárki könnyedén elsajátíthatja a fiatalabbaktól az idősebbekig is. State of Art Zen Garden Dobogókő is an open air Thai Chi and Ayurveda training center and facility. In rainy or winter times our covered rooms are also ready and waiting for our guest. However we are pretty nature centric in general our Zen Garden is the heart of the activities. All trainings are kept and lead by our Ayurveda master, and there is an opportunity to excercise Free Spirit Movements (FSM) movement style too, which is easy to learn and enjoy from the yougest to the oldest ones! There is an opportunity to prepare your own healthy dishes in our kitchen canteen even by hands some fingerfood, or others.
