📅 Happy International day of Yoga to everyone!
💡 Some amazing facts about Yoga:
☯️ The word “yoga” is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj meaning to yoke or join together. The actual meaning of Yoga is to join together. Thus, the purpose of yoga is to unite body, mind and spirit.
🕉️ The yoga symbol “Om” is found in Hindu and Tibetan philosophy. It is said to be the primitive sound of the universe and is connected to the Ajna Chakra (the conscience) or “third eye” region.
🌺 The lotus pose is a sitting pose meant to resemble the perfect symmetry and beauty of a lotus flower. Siddhartha Gautama, the founder of Buddhism, and Shiva, the God of Gods in Hinduism, are typically shown in this pose.

Day 9 & 10. Celebrating. Having fun & enjoying the water.
They say “work hard, play hard”! Two final days are dedicated to celebrating. Swimming in the waterfall, visiting an amazing temple, swimming in the ocean, snorkeling, eating delicious food, laughing, sharing and much much more… No word can describe it.. :)

Day 7. Integration. Silence and writing.
How often do we get a chance to enjoy the luxury of silence, how often do we get the chance to enjoy the luxury of our mind being calm and how often do we get a chance to hear our inner voice? Today we had all this luxury for ourselves, after which writing out all what’s inside actually seemed to be a perfect tool to create something new... ☯️🙏💫

Day 6. Creating. Stepping out of the comfort zone & relaxing.
Today nature was playing with us… We were supposed to get up early and climb Batur volcano. So we did it, we got up at 1.45, got ready ant then went back to beds after 15 minutes. It started raining cats and dogs! No climbing we decided, but not skipping the spa of course. Oh… That was relaxing and that’s were our challenges started – dipping into an ice cold water was the first one, yay :) Since the day was supposed to be a day of stepping out of your comfort zone – we took a DURIAN eating challenge. Guess what? Non of us disliked it, in fact – we loved it! Challenges sometimes can bring us to some most adventurous but amazing discoveries…
