Feminine circle canggu ❤️ I have been dreaming of bringing these circles to Canggu for over a year now & we are finally here. Sunrise & sisterhood.

My vision for these circles are to create a safe and inviting space for us to show up exactly as we are and to weave in the nourishment of connection — not only with other sisters, but with the elements of the earth and mumma nature.

Sunrise is a powerful and nourishing time to align our body with the cycles of nature each day.

Some times we go at 100 miles an hour forgetting the importance of slowing down and doing nice things for ourselves. This will be FREE, safe space where we will run some meditation, intention setting, gratitude, vision and goal setting activities to help you come back to what makes you happy, what your passions are and feel that connection with yourself and some new friends as well ✨We are strong believers in the power of great conversation, so if there is anything you want to share, or any struggles you are facing, this is a great chance to de brief with people who "get it" too ☺️ Come exactly as you are x
