It would be fair to say that hiring a coach is culturally still seen as something of a luxury. But when should looking after your mental, emotional and physical health ever be seen as a luxury?

Opting for ubers instead of walking or using public transportā¦
These, on the other hand, may also be considered luxuries. But what is the return on investment?
Working with a coach is undoubtedly an investment into yourself. It provides vital support to those that need it, and also for people who didnāt know they needed it, until they had one!
Remember, thereās no shame in needing help. Itās not that you canāt do it by yourself, it will just be so much faster, more efficient and maybe even more fun to have someone in your corner.
