~ You want to wake up each morning feeling calm and rested, like you can slowly ease into your day, free of worry, anxiety or overwhelm.

~ You want to feel connected to those around you and be present for all the simple and special moments.

~ You want to feel consistently energised so that you can be productive, efficient and able to prioritise.

~ You want to feel in control of your day, putting boundaries in place and saying ā€˜no’ when you need to.

~ You want to be mindful of the future and all that you want to achieve, without feeling unsettled by uncertainty.

~ You want your mindset to be strong, resilient and positive, so that no matter what, you will cope.

~ You want to be free of guilt when it comes to looking after and doing things for yourself.Ā 

~ You know that you are doing enough and are good enough for the people around you.Ā 

It would be fair to say that hiring a coach is culturally still seen as something of a luxury. But when should looking after your mental, emotional and physical health ever be seen as a luxury?

Buying another expensive dress for the wedding you’ve got coming up…
Splashing out on a weekly takeaway so you don’t have to cook…
Opting for ubers instead of walking or using public transport…

These, on the other hand, may also be considered luxuries. But what is the return on investment?

Working with a coach is undoubtedly an investment into yourself. It provides vital support to those that need it, and also for people who didn’t know they needed it, until they had one!

Remember, there’s no shame in needing help. It’s not that you can’t do it by yourself, it will just be so much faster, more efficient and maybe even more fun to have someone in your corner. Someone who cares enough about you to invest their time and energy into helping you make a better life. šŸ¤šŸ¤šŸ¤šŸ¤šŸ¤

A cup of herbal tea to start my day, a candle burning while I work, daily positives during dinner time and a meditation before bed… these are all rituals that have become a normal part of my daily life.Ā 

Not only do these individual actions help to savour those small moments and bring me into the present moment, but the routine of them simulates a feeling of control and safety, which can be particularly helpful during times of uncertainty. When your body knows what to expect, when your actions are predictable and you get into consistent rhythms, it will automatically reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

Research by the Harvard Business School has also shown that ā€˜introducing a ritual before you start any kind of project can make you perform better.’ And it’s not about what you do, but about the meaning that you attribute to it and the intention that you bring to what you’re doing.

Maybe you want to:
* Feel more calm and at peace
* Be more focussed on the task at hand, not thinking about anything else
* Feel more enjoyment from the task so it feels less like something you need to tick off your to-do list

Whatever it is, consider what rituals you already have in your own life and where you could add new ones.Ā You can create rituals in your personal life; in your work, in your marriage, with your team and with your children.

If your rituals are tied to your own values, they can also help to connect you back to your sense of self and what is meaningful in your own life.

September is always the most pivotal moment for me in the calendar - the beginning of a new ā€˜term’ feels like the perfect backdrop to inspire transformation in all areas of life.

Whether you are a parent or not, I’m sure you can relate. We have all been taught, ever since we started school, that September is the time for something new and so we have now learnt to expect change.

Some of you may have had the opportunity to rest, regroup and relax over the summer. Maybe a new environment and routine has even given the opportunity for new ideas to grow.

Maybe the summer months have been a challenging time for you, juggling kids, work and all of life’s pressures that you now feel overwhelmed and burnt out, in need of an actual holiday!

Either way, the time is ripe for new beginnings.Ā 

For me personally, it is certainly the start of a new chapter - a new home, a new area, new schools for the kids, new goals and a new era for my business.

I find that the best way to transition into a new season is to reflect on what has been over the last year and to ask yourself what you’d like the next year to look like for you.Ā 

Here are some questions and journaling prompts to set you off on the right tracks and ensure a strong start to September.

~ If there was nothing holding you back, how would you like things to be in a year’s time?
~ What would you have stopped doing?
~ What would you have started doing?
~ How would you look?
~ How would you feel?
~ What would others notice about you when you have made the changes you want?

After a bit of a social media break over the summer, you’ll be seeing me on here a lot more, offering where I can, words of wisdom and nuggets of advice about how you can live the extraordinary life the extraordinary life you deserve. No matter how stuck you may feel, I am here to help you launch into the next chapter of your life!

I realised I haven’t done a post on here for nearly 3 months and incase you’re interested… I thought I’d explain why :)

The last 6 weeks have been all about cherishing a very special ā€˜working summer holiday’, living the Californian dream and making memories for our kids. I’m so grateful with the work that I do that I’ve been able to continue supporting my clients and I am thankful to those who’ve been able to work with the new time zone!

Prior to that, as well as trying to orchestrate our Cotswold-California house swap, we’ve had a few things going on…

An innocent Sunday night catch up with my husband in mid Spring ended, about 3 hours later, with ā€˜sh*t we’re moving to Hampshire’. For a few different reasons, but mostly to be closer to family, friends and roots which has become increasingly important.

Once the idea was floated I decided with the kids that if it was happening, it needed to be before September. No one thought we’d pull it if but the next week for us looks like… fly back from California, unpack and then pack and move into temporary AirBnb accommodation followed by kids starting a new school a few days later! I’m not sure how, but it all came together and I’m feeling hopeful that the holiday blues will be washed away by this exciting new chapter we embark on!

We knew it was the right time to make this change in our lives, as much as we will miss our home, the gorgeous area we live and all the people we’ve met. And it shows that when you set your mind to something and commit, you can make it happen.

It has meant that the last few months for me have been focussed on moving our family’s life as well as supporting my current clients. And I’m very excited to say that come September I will be sharing some new exciting programs and ways to work together and will start taking on new clients again. I will share more soon, or if you’re interested head to my website for a little nosy. I’m so excited to now be supporting you to launch into the next chapter of your life, however that may look.

For now, I will see you again when I can come up for air, and any Hampshire peeps - would love to connect! We’ll be headed to the Winchester/Stockbridge area!

Revive.

We are SOO excited to finally be sharing something we have been busy working away on behind the scenes.

We are four ladies that champion all things wellbeing and have joined forces to bring you a MEGA one day retreat on Sunday 9th July - the absolute best opportunity for you to take some time for yourself, to deeply nourish your mind and body and to set you up for a brilliant summer ahead. You do not want to miss out!

The retreat will be taking place at .farm near Witney. It is a tranquil and beautiful rural setting, including a glorious barn space and incredibly inviting natural swimming pool, where you’ll be able to cool off at the end of the day.

The day will involve:
~ A dynamic Pilates class with
~ A Life Audit and Mindset MOT workshop with
~ A talk on all things nutrition, energy and mood with
~ An ultimate unwind session which combines breath work, meditation and relaxation with Sarah

There will also be some tasty snacks to keep you going throughout the day and a wonderful, nutritious lunch. You’ll finish the day with a dip in the natural swimming pool (optional) and take away an awesome goodie bag full of wellness treats from all the brands we love!

We are releasing early bird tickets on 15th May so if you would like to be offered one of these tickets, please make sure you get your name on the list. You can do this by sending a DM to any one of us! Places will be very limited so do get in quick. We can’t wait for you to join us!
