ADHD brain does not respond to pressure, rigid plans or “this time I’ll be disciplined” energy 🙃
It responds to:
• visual anchors
• flexibility
• novelty without chaos
• letting things evolve instead of forcing them
This is what’s actually helping me stay consistent with my 2026 rebrand: slowly, imperfectly, but without burning out or starting over every 3 weeks!!!
