Have you been noticing how the belt goes up a notch every 6 months or so?

👉 What about supplements?
ANYTHING and everything to find the answers on how to trim down and have a naturally lean body shape
And to put it frankly …
It’s a sh*tty feeling when we know we could be better, but we just don’t know WHAT to do.
AND ... There’s so much conflicting information out there.
Some of it works … But only short term.
Some of it doesn’t work … And there was so much wasted time figuring that out.
And now it’s back to the drawing board (again).
This is frustrating and confusing because we’re left to figure it out by ourselves.
💡 Wouldn’t it be nice to completely *remove* the guesswork and let science tell us exactly what we should be doing for our SPECIFIC genetic makeup?
❌ Not our best friend.
❌ Not our next-door neighbour
❌ And not just click bait to get extra likes on social media.
