This sequence begins with standing asanas, using modifications to the legs and arms to create depth and space in each pose.

The wall provides stability and support, creating steadiness in the body, mind, and breath. We then move to the floor for supine postures with the same movements. These postures—from foundational to more advanced—build sequentially from a central theme.
Standing poses cultivate strength, balance, and flexibility, both physically and mentally. Resilience and stamina continue to build, creating a deep sense of wellbeing.
