Think of your body as a highway system.

Energy moves through it constantly. Ascending from the earth. Descending from above. Most of the time the flow is uninterrupted and the body functions exactly as it was designed to.

But when force enters the system, an injury, an emotional shock, a difficult birth, a fall, it doesn’t just disappear. It travels through the fascia until it reaches one of the body’s major junctions and gets absorbed there.

The pelvic floor. The respiratory diaphragm. The thoracic outlet. The hyoid. The occipital cranial base.

Over time these junctions accumulate what the body couldn’t fully process. Restriction builds. Flow reduces. And the body starts compensating in ways that eventually show up as pain, tension, anxiety or dysfunction somewhere else entirely.

This is not theory. It is the pattern CranioSacral practitioners see on the table every single day.

When you understand how force moves through the body, everything your clients present with starts to make a different kind of sense.

Does this pattern show up in your own body or in the clients you work with? 😊

Your clients are coming to you with anxiety, blood pressure issues, digestive problems and metabolic conditions. And you are doing your best with the tools you have.

But what if there is a layer underneath all of it that your current modality simply cannot reach?

On 9th May Sasha is breaking down exactly that in a free live webinar. His background spans western medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and CranioSacral Therapy, which means he understands both what conventional treatment does well and precisely where it stops working.

For practitioners this is the webinar that connects the dots.

Why these conditions might share a common thread.
Why the body responds to Craniosacral Therapy when everything else has plateaued. And what that means for every client sitting on your table right now.

Free to attend. Conducted in English.

As a practitioner, which condition do you find hardest to get lasting results with?

Have you ever heard of the hyoid bone?

Most people haven’t. And yet it sits at the centre of something the body carries more than almost any other structure.

The hyoid is the only bone in the body that doesn’t articulate with any other bone. It floats. Held in place by 14 pairs of muscles connecting your jaw, tongue, throat and neck.

Every time you swallow, speak or breathe, it moves.
But here is what nobody talks about.

Every time you hold back what you wanted to say, suppress an emotion or swallow something that needed to come out, this area absorbs it. Over years that accumulates into a kind of structural silence. Tension that sits quietly in the throat long after the moment has passed.

With gentle and precise CranioSacral techniques, the hyoid can be released in a way that surprises most people on the table.

Clients often describe a sense of finally being able to breathe, speak and feel more freely after work in this area.

For practitioners, learning to work with the hyoid opens up a conversation with the body that most modalities never reach.

How often do you consider the emotional history your clients might be carrying in their throat?

If you are a parent of a newborn, you already know how exhausting and worrying it can be when something feels off and nobody has a clear answer for you.

Most parents are never told that many of these challenges, colic, feeding difficulties, unsettled sleep and developmental concerns, are often connected to what happened during birth.

Even the most straightforward delivery puts the baby’s body under significant pressure.
Sometimes that experience leaves a trace and the body needs gentle support to find its way back.

That is exactly where CranioSacral Therapy comes in. It is gentle enough for a newborn. Children respond faster than most people expect and the improvement are often visible within the first session.

If your child has been struggling and you feel like you have run out of options, CST might be the answer you haven’t tried yet.

As a parent, what has been the hardest part of finding the right support for your child?

We are happy to help. 😊

Children are the best teachers in the room. They don’t tell you what you want to hear. When something doesn’t feel right in their body, you know immediately.

That’s what makes working with children using CST so humbling and so rewarding. Birth trauma. Colic. Sleep disruption. Developmental tension. Conditions that have exhausted every option a parent has tried.

A child’s body is extraordinarily receptive. They respond immediately to the lightest touch. And when a parent who has been running out of options finally sees their child in the state of calm and happy, that moment is the reason this work exists.

If working with children is part of your practice, or something you want to grow into, CST gives you the tools to do it at a level nothing else comes close to.

DM us. Let’s talk about what that looks like for your practice.

There’s a before and after in every practitioner’s journey.

Before, you apply what you know and hope it’s enough. After, you understand what the body is doing and work with it instead of around it. That shift doesn’t come from another certificate. It comes from training your hands differently.

CST 1 and CST 2 this April in Bali is that turning point for a lot of practitioners. Physiotherapists. Yoga teachers. Pilates instructors. Bodyworkers.

They came in skeptical. They left with a completely different relationship with their work.

What if your clients’ bodies already know what needs to happen, and your job is to get out of the way?

Most training teaches you to find the problem and fix it.

CST doesn’t replace what you know. It gives your hands a new language. One the body actually responds to.

Practitioners from every background, physiotherapy, yoga, chiropractors, pilates, and massage, are finding that CST fills the gap that nothing else has.

Our student from Taiwan came in with the same questions you have right now. Hear what she took home.

The April intake is nearly full. Link in bio for all upcoming training.

We don’t just teach this. We embodied it.

Dasha came to us with physical pain, digestive challenges, and skin issues.

During the session, something shifted that she didn’t have words for going in. Years of tension she had normalised, held without knowing, released.

Something older surfaced. Tension she had carried so long she had stopped noticing it.

She left feeling reconnected to herself in a way she hadn’t felt in a long time. Like a missing part of her was finally restoring and integrating.

The session didn’t just address what she came in for. It went deeper.

We see this regularly. It’s why we teach what we teach, the way we teach it.

When was the last time you left a session, as a client or a practitioner, feeling fully transformed?

30/03/2026

Too good to be true? That’s exactly what we thought too.

It came up in a conversation. Or a podcast you were half-listening to. A name you didn’t quite catch. CranioSacral Therapy.

What changed things for our practitioners wasn’t blind belief.

It was training their hands, applying the techniques, and watching their clients’ bodies respond in ways that surprised even the most trained in the room. One area releases, and the whole body shifts. The body just does it.

Physiotherapists. Researchers. Medical doctors. They came because their training had given them answers, but not enough of them. Their clients weren’t getting better at the rate they deserved. They wanted something that worked at a deeper level and lasted.

So before you scroll past this, ask yourself one thing.

If there was a way to get deeper, longer lasting results for your clients, and the only thing standing between you and that was a willingness to try, would you?

26/03/2026

What if your current techniques could go twice as deep with half the physical struggle?

Adding CST to your toolkit is simply giving yourself the chance to process information differently. Instead of trying to break through the tension, you learn to feel for the specific release the nervous system is actually asking for.

This gives you the chance to feel and facilitate what the body truly requires to heal.

DM us to find out how.

We know that after finishing your CST 1 and 2 workshops, you are excited to share your new skills. You want to start helping your patients see better results immediately.

But memorizing every hand position while tracking the craniosacral rhythm is not easy at the beginning. Trying to stay neutral while focusing on technique can feel like a lot to manage at once.

Here is what you should do as a new therapist:

Trust your hands and whatever you feel. Instead of doubting your touch, allow the inner wisdom of the tissue to communicate through you. When you stop overthinking the steps, you create the space for the body to truly respond.

Have you felt something in your hands that you couldn’t put into words during your practice?

16/03/2026

Most of us were taught that as we grow, the bones of the head fuse into a single, immovable helmet. But the reality is far more dynamic.

When a baby is born, the cranial bones are intentionally separate. As we age, these gaps close, but they never truly fuse into one solid piece. If you look at the cranium under a microscope, you will find intricate, tooth like structures called sutures. These allow the bones to interlock while remaining flexible.

Why does the body do this?

It is a brilliant design for protection. This micro-movement allows the skull to absorb impact rather than shattering. More importantly, this flexibility is vital during childbirth.

However, the intense pressure of the birth canal can cause these bones to become constricted or misaligned. This tension in the cranium is often the root cause of issues like colic, latching difficulties, or developmental delays. These are not birth defects; they are physical tensions trapped within a system designed for movement.

Craniosacral therapy uses a five gram touch to gently facilitate the release of these cranial restrictions, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to return to its natural state of health.

Have you ever worked with a baby struggling with colic or latching issues?
