Spent two weeks intensive practice of ashtanga vinyasa yoga with bapa Prem and mam Radha was the loveliest experience I could ever had. I am lucky and the feeling is beyond words. They guide with love and patience. Trust me, you can not hide anything from them 😁 they notice your every move, they check your breath for sure and they know your limit and understand your needs 🥰.
They accept limited number of students for each period because they want to keep it private with their students. Hopefully, I could go back for a longer stay.

Linie came for the last 2 weeks, to our ongoing # all the way from the beautiful of 🥰we’ve never had a student from Sumba yet, she’s our first! We hope this is the first of many trips to and we appreciate her coming to study with us in our little ✨Maybe one day we can also visit her there too! Warrior poses are not easy to perform though they may look like one. It's as hell when you are in it.. 😆 saya pun sampai saat ini it's like holy s**t should I do this, can I just skip it?? 🤪 5 breaths felt forever🤕

Yet, challenging pose ini punya manfaat yang ok punya seperti menguatkan kaki terutama otot paha, meregangkan otot2 dibagian panggul, membuka bahu dan dada, membersihkan sistem peredaran darah/sirkulasi tubuh.

Yang pernah melakukan warrior 1, 2 (minimal) pasti paham rasanya... shaking maann 😁

Marychasana C dalam ashtanga. Disebut juga pose putar kanan putar kiri alias twisting. Jadi tubuh dari pinggang sampe dada kita putar dan challengenya adalah kedua tangan saling menggapai dibelakang tubuh (bisa jari saja atau pergelangan tangan, kalau nyampe) dan salah satu tangan memutari kaki. Kok gini amat sih? 😄Yaiya..soalnya disini detoxifikasi tubuh terjadi. Bayangkan, organ dalam tubuh kita itu kayak handuk basah yang kita press biar airnya keluar..yah kek ngono kuilah yang terjadi pada organ tubuh kita saat melakukan pose twisting 😊.

From physicality to mentality to mind, centering inward instead of outward. This is the key for you to open your inner world, the key to your peaceful life, the key to happiness. That's why yoga is so unique.

Yoga bukan hanya tentang pose. Dalam tangga ashtanga yoga, pose ada diurutan ketiga. Belajar filosofi yoga sama seperti belajar memahami diri (seperti melakukan penelitian diri) dari tubuh fisik sampai tubuh mental- hingga pikiran, belajar memperbaiki kualitas diri dengan fokus kedalam diri (bukan hal2 diluar diri). Inilah kunci untuk membuka dunia batin, kunci kehidupan yang damai, kunci kebahagiaan.
