And that’s a wrap on Shine Vinyasa Yoga School 2024 200hour Yoga Teacher Training!!!!!!

I am so immensely proud of these students for their hard work, dedication, vulnerability, and steadfast intention to creating safe, soulful yoga practices!!!!!! I am deeply honored and grateful they trusted me to be their guide as they transition into the role of a teacher and am selfishly soooooooo excited to be their student and start taking their classes!!!!

GB area yogis- you are about to get some AMAZING yoga teachers who shine so bright and are committed to helping you shine bright too!!!!

Weekend 1 of Shine Vinyasa Yoga School 200hr YTT is done!!!!!!!!!!! 6 more to gooooooooooo (plus every Wednesday til mid November😜)

We spent our time getting to know each other and our own experiences with yoga, along with goals for the future. Mostly we explored the 3 classical sources of yogic philosophy and history, including discussing the decolonization of yoga. Every conversation seemed to boil down to one unifying theme….. 💛💛💛

Exhausted but so absolutely sure this was my next right thing and so enamored with the people who are on this journey with me. I can’t wait for our next time together!

BACK TO SCHOOL PIC (for mom).

Today is Day 1 of classes for Shine Vinyasa Yoga School… the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program I designed, based on nearly 24 years in the business, 600+ hours of training, and 14,000 hours teaching.

As I was leaving today, one of my kiddos gave me a big hug and said “Mom. I hope you are excited. You have worked so hard, I know it’s been a lot. But you are doing it and I’m so proud of you. You are my role model.”

So now I’m walking into Day 1 with tear stained cheeks😭😭😭😭.

I truly can’t wait to see these soon-to-be teachers come into their own. I’m already so proud… and excited and nervous and allllllll the feels. It’s gonna be magical. Here we goooooooooo!
