rted as a day retreat and has grown to include different retreat experiences in three locations. It’s an honour to hold space for women to find stillness, peace, love and reconnect with themselves. Something beautiful happens when women come together. I have witnessed some really incredible breakthroughs and insights on retreat, so much healing can happen in a short space of time. Today on International Women’s Day, I want to acknowledge every woman who has dared to be different.

The women who choose to be authentic.
Who are unapologetic about who they are and what they want.
Who keep showing up for themselves, even when it feels hard.

To all the women who’ve joined me on retreat, and to the women joining me this year, thank you.

Thank you for trusting me.

But more importantly, thank you for trusting yourselves enough to take the brave step towards creating the life you want.

Walking alongside you and being part of your journey is one of the greatest honours of my life.

Today we celebrate women everywhere, and the incredible things that happen when women come together with a shared intention and choose themselves.

Yesterday at sunset and under the New Moon, I allowed myself to let go.

We don’t realise how much we’re holding onto until we give ourselves permission to let go.

Yesterday I took part in a Melukat, a Balinese cleansing ceremony to help me release and wash away the things that are holding me back and no longer serving my highest good.

The emotions, the stories, the hurt, the weight of everything I didn’t realise I was carrying.

I cried, I screamed, I allowed myself to feel everything and be present with it.

Every emotion I had pushed down, avoided, or tried to be “strong” through, I allowed it to move through me instead.

I had been avoiding this ceremony for months. The beautiful healer who I see, and who I take all our retreat guests to see, had been telling me to do this ceremony for ages.

The longer I avoided it, the more things started to build up. To the point where I couldn’t avoid it anymore.

Uncomfortable and scary? Yes! I was so nervous. 😬

Transformational? Absolutely!💯

When we’re brave enough to truly feel what we’ve been suppressing, often unconsciously, we begin to free ourselves from our self imposed cage.

When we loosen our grip on pain.
When we release anger, sadness and resentment and we stop carrying what was never ours to carry, we find freedom.

This is a practice I return to again and again.

Each time I do this, I’m able to access deeper parts of myself.

Each time, I remember more clearly who I am and why I’m here.

The practice of letting go is something I support women through on retreat.

And I will never ask someone to go deeper than I am willing to go myself.

And when we do give ourselves that permission, life opens up in ways you never imagined possible because we start aligning ourselves with what we truly want.

A big part of how I got to where I am today, is believing in myself enough to take that next step, however scary it may feel. ❤️

I've been having some really lovely conversations with women who are interested in joining one of our retreats this year.

If you're considering a retreat this year, I thought I'd share some of the things that have come up, in case you were also thinking some of the same things.

One of the first things that comes up in conversation is the question, "How do I know if I'm ready".

Part of that is a mix of fear and curiosity.

Fear about what might come to the surface, especially if you’ve been doing a very good job of holding it all together for a long time.

And curiosity about doing something most women have never given themselves permission to do before.

There’s something I’ve learned over the last 6 years of holding these retreats.

Women rarely feel fully ready.

It’s not that they don’t want an experience like this, it’s that doing something like this feels indulgent, and prioritising themselves in this way can actually feel uncomfortable.

What they do feel though, is there's a quiet knowing that something needs to change, and that even though they might feel scared, unsure, or guilty for choosing something like this, staying where they are no longer feels right either.

Most women tell me they’re not looking for just a holiday. They’re craving a meaningful experience, a circuit breaker from the familiar routine of everyday life. Something that interrupts their routine enough to help them reconnect with themselves and feel better about who they are and how they're living.

And by the end of the week, they realise that what once felt indulgent became something quite life-changing and shifted their perspective and how they returned to their everyday life.

The real impact isn’t just the week itself.

It’s the ripple effect that follows when you get home.

Women return home feeling calmer, more grounded, clearer in their decisions, and more connected to their intuition. And that shift touches every area of life - their relationships, health, boundaries, work, and the way they show up for themselves and others.

The best thing about coming on retreat is the women you get to meet.

Something incredible happens when a group of women come together with a shared intention, to listen without needing to fix, to be present with one another, and to support each other through a week that, for many, becomes a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The bonds that are formed and the lifelong connections that are made are deep, meaningful, and truly priceless.

Women often reflect after the week is over, they wish this kind of community and connection existed more in everyday life, and wonder why it can feel so hard to find.

Which is why, when you do find spaces like this, you hold onto them.

There is no doubt that when women come together in this way, something magical happens! ✨

If you’ve been wondering whether a retreat in Bali is really for you, I’d like to share a little bit about what makes this retreat different.

Many women who find their way here aren’t looking for more information, another program, or something they need to “work through.”

They’re looking for space.

To feel safe in their body.

For a chance to slow down long enough to hear themselves again.

This retreat isn’t something you attend.

It’s an experience you move through one moment at a time.

Some moments will take your breath away.

Others will gently shift how you see yourself and your life.

We live in a fix it culture.👩‍🔧

Fix your mindset.🤯
Fix your body. 💪
Fix your relationships. ❤️‍🩹
Fix yourself. 🥹

Our culture creates a belief that something must be wrong with us if we’re tired, confused, angry or just not sure what path to take next.

So we look for answers outside of ourselves.

We try to fix, optimise, improve and push through.

But what if these moments of uncertainty aren’t a sign that something is wrong or needs fixing.

What if it’s your body simply asking for safety rather than solutions?

What if your emotions don’t need analysing, they just need to be honoured?

What if your nervous system isn’t a problem to solve, but a system to support?

It’s not about pushing harder or becoming someone new, it’s about slowing down long enough to see yourself clearly.

With curiosity, with love and compassion. ❤️

Sometimes healing doesn’t come from fixing, it comes from meeting yourself with a different energy.

With softness instead of judgement and curiosity instead of judgement.

And it’s from here that everything begins to shift. ✨

Right now there’s so much focus on goals, intentions, and what we want to create next.

And while that energy can feel exciting, there’s something that I feel gets overlooked.

Our ability to hold what we’re wanting to call in.

Right now, I’m in a big season of expansion.

Undergoing a renovation project here in Bali and the growth of my business.

On paper, it’s exciting and everything I’ve been working towards.

But it’s also come with great challenges that have reminded me how quickly growth can turn into overwhelm when we don’t consciously support ourselves through it.

It’s easy to set goals, but without checking if our body and nervous system actually has the space to hold what we’re asking for, those goals can feel out of reach.

Most of us are already carrying so much, long to-do lists, responsibilities, demands from all the roles we play each day, and then we add future planning on top of all of that.

It’s no wonder that new year energy can quickly fade.

When the nervous system is already at capacity, even the most beautiful intentions can feel heavy or unreachable.

You may consciously want growth and abundance, while subconsciously your body is saying, “Nope. I’m already at capacity.”

When the nervous system is supported and regulated, life feels very different.

We meet challenges with more resilience.

We respond instead of react.

We’re less triggered when things don’t go to plan.

Growth isn’t about doing more.
It’s about creating space internally so what we’re calling in can land safely.

This is exactly why I created our Bali Retreats.

They’re not about escaping life, but about slowing down, releasing what no longer needs to be carried, and gently supporting the nervous system so growth can happen without burnout, overwhelm or self-sabotage.

If your soul is longing for more, but your body feels tired or resistant to change, this may be the piece that’s been missing.

Every change begins with a single thought.

An idea that whispers, “Maybe things can be different.”

That idea, when felt in the body and nourished by emotion, cultivated through repetition, and guided by love, becomes something powerful.

It starts to take root within you.

You feel a shift.

Your body responds and starts to remember.

And over time, what once felt stuck and painful begins to soften and move again.

This is healing.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “broken.”

It’s about remembering your body’s natural wisdom.

The part of you that already knows how to return to balance.

It’s about love guiding the process, not fear.

It’s about softening into trust, allowing your body and soul to work together.

Every breath, every thought, every choice to love yourself a little more.

That’s where healing begins. ❤️
