What is it to practice Yoga?
I believe that Yoga is a constant practice, not only present in a physical form but also present in each step, each breath.
There is always an opportunity to reflect on every thought we have, and to make each decision and each move more conscious.
Yoga is opening the mind, the heart and the soul to meet the reality of our responsibilities. For me, it is discovering who I am and understanding why I am with awareness and compassion.
The ego and our conditioning are detouring us from our essence and the practice of yoga continues out of the mat to bring us back.
