Excited to announce that I am now offering Facial Reflexology trained by the amazing Ziggie Bergman from the London School of Reflexology.
Like foot reflexology, facial reflexology focuses on pressure points on the face to help aid stress, improve circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, relieve tension in the muscle tissues, relieve mental strain, relieve sinusitis, rejuvenating and glowing effect on the skin as well as a feeling of calmness and relaxation.
Facial Reflexology can be a stand alone treatment or why not combine it with your favorite treatment e.g. back massage, Indian head massage, foot reflexology, facial, or reiki.

Open for business as usual from today in Ardara.
Going forward I will be operating solely from the Ardara clinic.
