It might be the weather, or maybe it's the time of year, but I have had 2 classes this week where there has been lots of talk around sleeplessness. We practised breathwork that can help aid in sleep but I know in this house, we turn to guided meditations as a family...with me, always asleep and snoring (i know this because they tell me) before the children...
