It might be the weather, or maybe it's the time of year, but I have had 2 classes this week where there has been lots of talk around sleeplessness. We practised breathwork that can help aid in sleep but I know in this house, we turn to guided meditations as a family...with me, always asleep and snoring (i know this because they tell me) before the children...

With music and recording. We have recorded a gentle night time meditation. If you're struggling to get to sleep or unwind and settle when you get into bed, give it a try, and who knows, maybe like me, zzzzzzzzzz...

January does not have to be rushed or demanding. This month is an invitation to move slowly, to soften and to reconnect with your body at a gentle pace.

Dry Jan? Veganuary? How about Gentle January.

The Gentle Unfold is my slow and gentle yoga and sensory class timetable for January, created to support rest, ease and quiet strength after the busyness of the year just gone. Classes are calm, accessible and welcoming, with time to breathe, move and simply be.

New classes in Gorey have now been added, with meditation classes and mum and baby yoga classes coming soon.

A Second Slow & Gentle Yoga Class

Soothe with Siobhan is adding a new Slow & Gentle Yoga class on Wednesday evenings from 6:45–7:45 pm alongside the existing 8 to 9pm class

This subtle yet deeply effective practice is suitable for every body, offering a space to relax, unwind, move, and breathe. Perfect for releasing tension and finding calm midweek.
