Just had another off scale victory today I got back on a bike after 10 years and feel comfortable on it I use to cycle a lot when I was younger but when I started to work I keep putting on the weight. Two years ago my wife got me a bike cuz I said to myself I going get back into it and lose weight at this stage at was 29 stone and when I got on the bike the tyres would go down that the rims were nearly touching the ground and I would go down the road on it about 100m down and I would be so out of breath that I would had to get off and walk it back so I give up and put the bike in the shed the at the start of this year I started slimming world I was 29 stone and 2 lbs in June I take the bike out of my shed and tried it again this stage I was around 26 to 25 stone and I noticed a bit of a different but still was not happy on it so it got put away again and today I take it out and was so comfortable on it I take the bike instead of the car down to the shop not only once but the two times I had to go today. now that I had lost 7 stone 3 and half lbs I feel like I can do anything and I just wanna share my little story with everyone here coz I don't went any one to give up there dream coz before I come to slimming world I give up on myself and now notting it's going to get in my way and all of this its thanks to you , slimming world group Lorraine for her support and her team and I can't forget my lovely wife Amy

My holidays off scale victory

This time last year I was the biggest I even was in my life and last year I didn't like being out in the hot weather and I was spending a good bit of the day in my hotel room coz I was to hot or too tired it's was so hard to walk 100m down the road to the local shop and at that I would buy a lot of comfort food for the time I spent in my room NOW a year on my life has changed so much now I can go on a Ryanair flight without thinking I am too big for the seat coz this time last year I had to ask for a seatbelt extender the first time EVER in my life I didn't have to ask for one and not only that the food tray come down last year my belly got in the way I was so unhappy before taking off I wouldn't care if they told me my holidays was cancelled and then I got to my hotel and the heat was so bad I said to myself I will be spending a bit of my time in my hotel room coz it was too hot for me but I was very wrong thinking that I am here 7 days and I only use the room to sleep get wash or to get changed. Now I spend most of my time by the pool or walking around, I use to get taxi everywhere now most of the time we just walk and I use to sit by the pool in a chair coz one year I broken a Sun lounger now this year I spend most of my time I am at the pool on one. And the last thing is I have asthma and I take a ventolin inhaler last year I use my ventolin inhaler that much I had to take two on holidays with me in case I run out this year I have not used it once. And I am so proud of my wife Amy kennan I can see the difference in her two she more confident in herself. I hope this little story helps one of you dreams do come true you only have to believe in yourself and just like to thank all the slimming world group who support me in making my dream come true and Lorraine thanks so much

I have lost 7st all thanks to SlimmingWorld Arklow Wicklow Gorey and Lorraine and my wife Amy Kennan thanks to all my friends and family for all support for the past 7 months I could not done this without all of yous come so far in short time and I am still stocked how well I am doing. Just making a few changes in my life makes the difference to me I am much more healthy I was at Xmas.this day next week I am going on my holidays 7st lighter then my holiday last year and its going be so easier to get around in the hot weather I so proud of myself.I always dreamed of this day.but now its not a dream its my life. And slimming world made me a new person.and I am happy to share my story with my family and friends coz without all of you this be only a dream. Thanks from the bottom of my heart
