We are all energetically connected and often we hold not only the good but also the negative energy within ourselves. We also hold past trauma and pain energetically. We inteact daily with others energetically wether we are aware of it or not....our bodies remember and hold it. Often manifesting as tiredness/lack of motivation/depression/anxiety/sleeplessness. In order to make space for positive interaction and energy to come in we must create space.

Sessions are approx 2-3 hours long and during this time some of this energy can be moved/removed to help us afterwards feel more grounded and connected.....ready to move forwards.

Healing beneath the Sacred Oak

Based in Tommfinigue, Irelands Oldest Oak forest based in county wicklow. We will sit in circle to all get to know one another....followed by a guided meditation beneath the trees. A short walk to choose our tree *or rather it pick us and a healing with our tree.

Approx 2 hours total. €25 personal Investment.
