I have loved baking ever since I was a little girl, and one of my fondest and treasured memories of my mother is one of her in the kitchen creating all manner of baked goodies and treats. She often used to let me help and there started something that I have loved for as long as I can remember!!! Turning dreams into reality, "Cupcake Shack" was started in May 2011, with no formal cake decorating training, just a love and passion for baking and creating all things pretty, sugary and sweet!!! Everything is hand made from scratch and with simple, quality ingredients from my home kitchen. are available for collection, or delivery within the Mullingar and surrounding area's. Please note, depending on your location, a small delivery fee may be charged. adult and children's birthdays; anniversaries; engagements, bridal showers, weddings; thank-you's; new job; new home; new baby, baby showers; baby dedication/christenings; graduations, shop openings, corporate events or just to treat yourself or a loved one.
