Under the weather yesterday—but this 3-step routine had my back.
When the seasons flip, I keep it simple, gentle, and consistent.

1) Nasal inhaler – 4 drops Air/Respiratory blend. Deep sniffs through the day to keep things clear.
2) Tea Tree roller – rolled along the outside of my throat every 30 mins for a few hours.
3) Comfort spritz – small spray bottle with cool boiled water + 10 drops Lemon, 10 drops Tea Tree, 10 drops On Guard. A couple of spritzes toward the back of my throat for soothing vibes.

Feeling fresher, calmer, and ready to roll again. If you want to have natural solutions at your fingertips for when things like this com up comment “WELLNESS” and I’ll DM you to see what oils can best support you!
