Hi, I’m Michelle👋

I’ve been a Consultant for 18 months now after losing 2 stone on my own weight loss journey which started in 2013 in the group which I now run!!! And now I get to help other to achieve their weight loss dreams too!

They say if you do something you love, you’ll never work a day in your life – and that’s truly how I feel about my role as a Consultant.

Having been in the shoes of every member that walks through my door (I still remember the butterflies I had!) I know what it feels like to embark on your weight loss journey.
