This month you’re invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect — with your breath, your body, and your own inner quiet.
At Dragonfly Yoga Studio, we’ve created a gentle month of practices and events to help you step out of the busy-ness of the season and into a space of rest, presence, and nourishment.
Alongside our weekly classes, we’re offering two special events to support you through the darkest, softest days of the year:
🕯️ Solstice Soundbath with JG

A soothing sound journey to honour the longest night and welcome the slow return of the light.

Candlelit Yin, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & poetry — a soft landing to close out the year with ease.
