You may have noticed I haven’t been very active on here in the last few weeks.

Sadly on Mother’s Day I went to my mothers with the intention of spending time with her on her special day unfortunately that day we had to say goodbye. It was a huge shock one we are still trying to come to terms with.

Anyone who knew our mother knows she loved her children fiercely and she will be missed forever. To all who has contacted me and the rest of the family thank you so much for your support and kind words over the past few weeks.

I have taken a break from my treatments for a few weeks thanks to those who were kind enough to reschedule their appointments I will be back next month. In the meantime I will try reply to any messages I haven’t got to so please bear with me if I haven’t got back you.

Many people who experience migraines or tension headaches are looking for ways to support their body beyond medication.

March has arrived and she’s not coming quietly 🌿

It’s our birthday month 🎂
Mine and Shem’s.
Another year older, wiser… and hopefully slightly more organised (no promises).

I always feel like March is a reset. The soil softens. The light stretches out in the evenings. There’s a quiet promise in the air.

At the end of the month I’ll be heading to Lough Mardal for retreat time.
Space to breathe.
To recalibrate.
To fill my own cup so I can keep pouring into others.

Between now and then, appointments are open and available.

Time to rest your nervous system properly.

Being a healer doesn’t mean being immune to being human.

This week my body asked for something I often remind others of… rest.

It’s strange when you hold space for others, offer comfort, guide healing… and then find yourself coughing through the night, wrapped in blankets, wishing someone would make you tea.

But illness isn’t failure.It isn’t low energy or a lack of alignment.It’s the body doing what it was beautifully designed to do.

Sometimes healing looks like treatments, remedies and rituals.Sometimes it looks like cancelled plans, warm drinks, early nights and soft patience with yourself.

Even healers need to receive.Even caregivers need care.Even those who pour into others must pause to refill.

So if you’re feeling under the weather right now, this is your reminder:

You are not falling behind.You are not doing it wrong.You are healing.

And it’s okay to rest 🤍
