🌟 Your energy affects everything, how you focus, get things done, connect with people and how you feel overall. When you're feeling drained life just feels harder. But when you're feeling energised and in a good flow, everything feels a lot easier.

🌟 Taking care of your energy can be as simple as setting boundaries, moving your body, getting out in nature, getting enough sleep, eating good food, having regular energy healing sessions or just unplugging from things that feel heavy. It's really about checking in with yourself and noticing what boosts your energy and what drains it.
