It was certainly a cold one this morning heading into our group, but this sign in McGuinness - SuperValu Strokestown genuinely made me smile 😂

“𝘓𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘶𝘤𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘦” - I mean… how could it not?! 🥬💚
I absolutely 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 and of course had to grab my go-to jam-packed salad sambo 🥪

So tasty, nourishing and proof that convenience food can still be a great choice 🙌

New Year’s Day dinner was SO good 👍🏼😊
And even better… I didn’t have to make it 🙌🏼

Huge thanks to my sister-in-law for this absolutely delicious meal - proper comfort food done right ❤️

Followed by that banoffee pie 🥧… because balance is everything 😄
Proof that you can enjoy great food, enjoy the moment, and still stay on track ✨
