Today I practiced by the river at the Claddagh Glen, a gorgeous, peaceful place to stop for a walk and a stretch when driving from Dublin to Bundoran...

-Chest Openers
-God/Goddess Squats
-High Lunge Dips
- Warrior II
-Wide Leg Fold & Twists
-Tree Pose 🌳🌳🌳

I left the video in real time with the original audio so you can soak up nature's ASMR. The sounds of birds singing regulates our nervous system by cueing safety 🥰

For today I went with 5 Warrior Poses out for a walk on Rossnowlagh Beach at sunset...
- Warrior I
- Warrior II
- Humble Warrior
- Peaceful Warrior
- Warrior III

My Warrior IIIs were very wobbly today, balance poses are a good place to focus on playfulness over perfection. Enjoy the wobbles as you find balance.. or lose it.

🩸DAY 16 - For Period Cramps🩸

5 Movements
5 Breaths

Today's 5 could be done for 5 minutes each if you have the time. Hot water bottles can also be a nice addition as you lie in each pose. The bolster can be substituted for a stack of pillows and cushions can be used instead of blocks...
- Head to Knee Pose
- Child's Pose
- Gentle Twist
- Reclined Bound Angle
- Savasana

Note how the support of a bolster is used in all these poses. We can't always rest at this time but we can do our best to make little adjustments that support us and allow us to rest even 1% more at this time ❤️
