🪷 HYGGE HATHA @ DOLLY'S, LISCANNOR 🪷

9th December, 7-8PM

Teaching a pop-up yoga class on my travels down to Clare to visit friends & family.

In this hatha yoga class, I will guide you to tune inwards and find your flow through conscious breath, mindful movement and meditation. This cosy class is suitable for all yogis and will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and more connected to your body going into the festive season.

This festive season we are coming together to offer a variety pack of yoga classes - 2 weeks Vinyasa with and 2 weeks of Hatha with all for €40 (that's two yoga teachers for the price of one 😂)

Dates: 2nd, 9th, 16th & 30th December
Tuesdays
6-7PM or 7.30-8.30PM

Week 1 & 2 (2nd & 9th December)

6-7PM: An accessible and fun practice focused on fundamental poses and mindful breathing. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners.

7.30-8.30PM: Great if you already have some yoga experience, this class features a more dynamic and creative sequence to deepen your practice.

Week 3 & 4 (16th & 30th December)

Expect cosy winter vibes as we move through conscious breath, mindful movement and meditation to wind down the year.

Grateful for the opportunity to meet some of the Red Bull Big Wave Surf Team () and guide them through a yoga class on their trip to Ireland 🙏💚

Crazy to see the feats that these guys have achieved in the water, pushing the limits of what we're capable of as humans to the extremes with their surfing.

Check them out for some jaw dropping waves 🤯...

Next 4-week course starting on Tuesday, 7th October!

The leaves are falling from the trees and we're getting into cosy season. Come join for the month of October as we move through conscious breath, mindful movement and meditation on a Tuesday evening. These classes will have you walking out the door feeling looser, more connected to your body, calm and restful.

The sequence will remain similar over the 4 weeks, with the option for progression, so that you can build an at-home yoga practice to complement in-person classes.

The schools are going back and we're moving into autumn - a great time to start or restart your yoga practice.

Over the 4-week course, we will move through conscious breath, mindful movement and meditation. These classes will have you walking out the door feeling looser, more connected to your body, calm and at ease.

The sequence will remain similar over the 4 weeks, with the option for progression, so that you can build an at-home yoga practice to complement in-person classes.

🌊SURF2HEAL🌊

Last week I spent a few days volunteering back on Garretstown Beach in Cork. An incredible organisation who run surf camps for kids with autism.

This is where my love for inclusive surfing started and it was so nice to be back with all the surfers and volunteers 🩵

💙ZEN HENS💙

Earlier this month Orlaith's bridesmaids surprised her with a relaxing start to her hen party in Donegal.

The ladies kicked off their day by flowing through a yoga class together with me at the in Bundoran.

Then they made their way to the pier for a refreshing sea dip and sauna .

Get in touch if you'd like to organise yoga & sauna for your hen party or any other group. Surfing also an option for the adventurous hens out there 🐔🌊
