These classes will offer you the opportunity to tune into yourself, your baby and to connect with other mamas-to-be in your local community.

Sarah will guide you through mindful movement, breathing techniques, mantras and meditations that may be useful to you on your journey through pregnancy and birth.

So grateful to have met such a wonderful group of women through this course - yoga teachers, mamas, mamas to be, midwives and other legendary women. Thank you for all the time we've shared together, you're all going to make incredible pregnancy yoga teachers 🙏❤️

Big bonus was getting to share this experience with long time bestie ❤️

Also incredible to get to meet the beautiful baby was growing inside her throughout the course at our closing circle 😍

Today I practiced by the river at the Claddagh Glen, a gorgeous, peaceful place to stop for a walk and a stretch when driving from Dublin to Bundoran...

-Tree Pose 🌳🌳🌳
